It was Indy's first Halloween, but she was already loving it. The viewing area was all decorated with cobwebs and there was jelly blood smeared on the glass from the inside. On the outside however, she'd made a few...changes of her own. Long claw marks lining the glass in sets of four, and quite a good deal of 'leftovers' scattered about that she'd dragged into view of the visiting humans; much to their dismay. She especially enjoyed scaring the shit out of the little children that came by, hiding herself within the greenery only to lash out and smash up against the glass without a moment's notice. That always earned a good shriek or two. Yes, she had the routine down pat. Adults were more difficult though, but only slightly. She'd stalk them from behind the glass, just staring with those fiery eyes which were eerie enough without much action.
So she had quickly picked up on the fact that this time of year was about scaring, though she had yet to figure out exactly why. Humans and their odd quirks, confusing but fun. And each time the hybrid would cause a child to jump back or grab their parents and run screaming in terror, it would make her feel fulfilled for once. Like she wasn't stuck in one tiny spot forever, biding her time and waiting to be set free. Though that might have simply been because she kept picturing herself impaling their small underdeveloped heads on her teeth. Joy.
After a solid few hours of nothing (people had finally gotten wise, it seemed), she noticed a newcomer. Perking up just a bit, she snuck right up to the glass and gave a ferocious snarl; trying to intimidate your muse and awaiting a reaction.
